Assign tasks with due dates and priority levels, see progress across your whole team on a single board, and receive notifications when tasks are completed or overdue. The Member App

Yes. The VERVE Pulse Member app is live on Google Play for Android: Get it on Google Play. The iPhone app is coming late July '26. The app is included on every plan at no extra cost.

There's nothing to install or configure on your side: the app works with every Pulse account out of the box. Upload your gym logo in Settings so members see your branding, then share your gym code with your members. That's the whole setup.

Members download the app and enter your gym code the first time they open it. The gym code is your gym's short name in Pulse. Put it on a poster at the front desk, in your welcome email, or in your Instagram bio: anywhere members will see it.

No passwords. Members sign in with the email address or mobile number on their membership and get a six-digit one-time code by text or email. Only people who are actually on your member list can get in: someone who downloads the app and knows your gym code but isn't a member goes nowhere.

Your gym's logo and name are front and centre, so members feel like they're in their gym's app, not ours. The app is listed on the stores as VERVE Pulse Member, which means updates ship automatically and you never have to maintain your own app store listing.

Book classes and join waitlists, see the live timetable, check in, keep their visit streak going, update their payment details, view their membership and payment history, request membership freezes, refer friends, and check how busy the gym is before heading in. Push notifications handle booking confirmations and reminders.

No. It's included on Core, Grow, and Pro, and because Pulse has no per-member fees it costs the same whether 50 or 500 of your members use it.

The iPhone app arrives late July '26. Until then, members on iPhone can book classes, join waitlists, and manage their membership from the web member portal in any phone browser.

No, never. VERVE Pulse does not charge a per-member fee. Each plan includes a set number of active members (300 on Core, 600 on Grow, 1,200 on Pro), and once you outgrow that, capacity adds automatically at a flat, published $49/month per extra 100 members. This means your costs stay predictable as your gym grows, with no surprise per-head charges.

No. All VERVE Pulse plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees. Annual billing gives you 2 months free for those who prefer it, but it's entirely optional.

Your members can pay by BECS bank direct debit (built in, the way Australian gyms get paid) or credit and debit card, processed securely via Stripe. Your Pulse subscription is billed to a card. Everything is in Australian dollars.

VERVE Pulse runs on managed cloud infrastructure: the primary database is hosted by Supabase on AWS in the Asia-Pacific region, and the application is served by Vercel's global network. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and payment details are held by Stripe, never on our servers.
